Daily Health Checklist

A normal-person daily health list: water, food, movement, meds, rest, and not pretending sleep does not matter.

Morning

Drink some water
Not a whole wellness performance. Just start the day hydrated.
Take meds or vitamins
Only the ones you are supposed to take, the way you were told to take them.
Eat something useful
Breakfast, snack, smoothie, leftovers, whatever keeps you from running on fumes.

Move Around

Move your body a bit
Walk, stretch, workout, dance in the kitchen, or do what your body can handle.
Take a screen break
Stand up, look away, blink, stretch your neck, unclench your jaw.
Check aches and tension
Notice pain, posture, tight shoulders, headaches, or anything that needs care.

Food and Stress

Plan one decent meal
Future you deserves something better than panic snacks if possible.
Check your stress level
If you are wound up, take a tiny reset before the day runs away with you.

Night

Make sleep easier
Dim lights, charge your phone, prep tomorrow, and stop starting new tasks too late.
Name one thing you did right
Even if the day was messy, count one good choice.
