Wake Up

Get out of bed
Not beautifully. Just actually out of bed.
Drink water
Keep it simple. A glass, a bottle, a few sips. Start somewhere.
Get some light
Open curtains, turn on a lamp, or step outside for a minute.

Body and Brain

Move a little
Stretch, walk, do a few exercises, or just shake off the sleep.
Take one quiet minute
Breathe, pray, meditate, journal, or sit without checking your phone.
Eat or prep breakfast
Something that helps you not crash immediately.

Plan the Day

Pick the top priorities
Choose a few things that actually matter today.
Check the calendar
Appointments, due dates, commute, errands, and anything you forgot yesterday.
Do one tiny reset
Make the bed, clear dishes, pack a bag, or put laundry in the basket.

Leave Ready

Grab essentials
Keys, wallet, phone, charger, meds, lunch, water, work or school stuff.
Choose the mood
Music, silence, podcast, or whatever makes the start of the day feel less random.
