A Sunday reset list for cleaning up a little, resting a little, and making Monday less rude.

Slow Start

Wake up gently
No dramatic routine required. Just avoid starting the day already stressed if possible.
Drink water and eat
Something simple and kind to your body.
Ask what you need
Rest, company, quiet, movement, cleaning, planning, or doing absolutely less.

Body Care

Take the everything shower
Hair, scrub, shave, skincare, or just a normal shower if that is the energy level.
Move gently
Walk, stretch, yoga, dance, or anything that helps you feel back in your body.
Wash something useful
Sheets, towels, pajamas, work clothes, or the outfit you keep wishing was clean.

Life Reset

Look at the week
Appointments, deadlines, bills, errands, and anything that would be awful to forget.
Plan easy food
A few breakfasts, lunches, dinners, or snacks that make the week less chaotic.
Tidy one spot
Desk, kitchen counter, bathroom sink, bag, car, or bedroom floor.

Rest

Do something fun on purpose
Read, game, watch a comfort show, craft, call someone, nap, or sit outside.
Make bedtime easier
Charge devices, prep tomorrow, dim lights, and stop pretending midnight chores are a good idea.
